About

Playful Seasons Therapy has been set up by Liana, a BAPT-registered Play Therapist® (British Association of Play Therapists) with a background in social work.

A BAPT Registered Play Therapist® is a qualified mental health professional who has had intensive university and clinical training accredited by the British Association of Play Therapists.

“Hello, I’m Liana, and I am experienced in supporting children and families with many different emotional, relational, and developmental needs.  My training and experience have given me an in-depth understanding of child development, attachment, and trauma-informed responses. I wanted to develop Playful Seasons to offer a therapeutic practice committed to supporting children and their families in receiving therapeutic support and strengthening family relationships.

My professional development is important to ensure that I can offer the best support for children and their families. I have undertaken additional training in Child, Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy Level 1, Introduction to Sensory Attachment Integration and Therapeutic Life Story Work, and I integrate a PACEful approach within my practice”.
